1. In Morocco, Hajar has run out of kibble to feed the hundreds of cats she cares for in her shelter and on the streets. They will starve if no one intervenes!

"My kibble reserves are completely exhausted. Not a single bag left to offer to the 240 cats under my care, at the shelter or on the streets. For a week now, they've been surviving on scraps of food I pick up here and there. But it's not enough, far from it. The quality is mediocre, and the portions are meager.

I don't understand... Abandonments are increasing, litters are exploding, and donations are dwindling. Between the veterinary costs which are piling up and the price of kibble which continues to rise, I am caught by the throat. The consequences are already being felt. Cats lose weight visibly, their energy declines, and illness sets in. Infections, parasites... Some fight for the meager rations that I can offer them.

Worst of all, I have to refuse new rescues. How can I welcome new cats to the shelter when I can't even feed those already in my care? This campaign is my last hope. Without it, I don't know how I can go on... I am filled with anxiety at the idea of no longer being able to feed my protégés..."

2. Without kibble, illnesses, fights and accidents risk decimating the stray cat population...

###

"If I don't get some kibble soon, I don't even dare to imagine the horror that awaits us. The health of the cats under my care will deteriorate further, and diseases will spread in no time. The fights, already present, will multiply will multiply and risk spiraling out of control...

I'm terrified of seeing my cats suffer and weaken day after day. The most fragile, the kittens, the older ones... They won't survive this ordeal. And what about those who roam the streets? They will be condemned to rummage through garbage cans, poison themselves, suffer accidents and human cruelty... The local authorities, overwhelmed, might consider radical solutions to control the wandering population. This thought haunts me, tortures me... I need this kibble, and they need them. It's a matter of life and death!"

3. Donations are insufficient and Hajar's resources are exhausted: she is begging us to help her feed her cats!

###

"This shortage is not the result of poor management or lack of foresight. I've tried everything... I've contacted all the associations, neighboring shelters, suppliers, launched appeals for donations on social media, organized collections in supermarkets... But nothing helps. Donations have dwindled in recent months.

The associations themselves are overwhelmed, and neighboring shelters are facing the same difficulties. As for suppliers, they can't give us credit indefinitely. I've used up all my savings, and I've even taken on debts at the veterinary station to continue caring for my protégés. But I can't go on like this. I feel alone and helpless given the size of the task. Every refusal, every door that closes is a blow to the heart..."

4. Hajar isn't asking for money, only kibble to prevent the cats from starving.

###

"Kibble is the foundation of everything I do, the pillar of my actions. Without it, my mission collapses, my ability to help these animals vanishes.

How can I spay stray females to limit births if I have nothing to offer them in exchange for their capture? How can I treat wounds and illnesses if the cats are too weak and too hungry to withstand treatment? How can I offer a refuge, a haven of peace, if our residents are fighting for scraps?

The lack of kibble condemns me to impotence. It deprives me of my ability to act, to relieve suffering, to offer these animals a better future. It's a vicious circle: no food, no care, no sterilizations, no rescues... And without these actions, animal misery continues and worsens..."

5. Exhausted by daily encounters with animal suffering, Hajar perseveres, buoyed by the relief she brings to each rescued cat.

###

"I've been fighting for animals for years. This fight is not without sacrifice. I've given up a normal social life, vacations and moments of relaxation. I'm constantly confronted with suffering, frustration and incomprehension. I often feel alone, exhausted, discouraged...

The animal cause is far from being a priority in Morocco. Abandonment and mistreatment are commonplace. The responsibility weighing on my shoulders is immense, the weight of animal suffering sometimes unbearable.

But I draw my strength from small victories: every grateful look from a rescued cat, every soothing purr, every cat that flourishes under my care is an invaluable source of motivation. It's for them that I continue, to offer them a chance to live a happy and dignified life."

6. If this campaign is successful, Hajar will not receive any money but 1200 kg of kibble, delivered from Animal Webaction's logistics platform in Morocco.

Animal Webaction has a logistical platform in Morocco, which allows us to intervene quickly and deliver kibble.

7. Campaigns launched on Animal Webaction often fail...

When a campaign fails, Animal Webaction cannot deliver the collected products, the beneficiary receives nothing and the buyers get a refund...

8. In Morocco, donors are scarce, and there are no foundations or subsidies. It is very difficult to find funding for kibble, many cats remain starving in the street!
