1. A virus causes her difficulty with eating...

Lita is a female cat, around 14 years old, suffering from a virulent calicivirus. She drools constantly because she has mouth ulcers. As her gums are inflamed, some of her teeth have become loose. Eating dry food pellets has become impossible for her!

2. With canned food, she could replenish her energy with ease

Given her age, it's crucial that Lita gets enough to eat. Canned food that’s easy for her to swallow would allow her to feed regularly, despite the condition of her teeth.

Being able to stock up on essential nutrients would help boost her immune system, while aiding her in managing the symptoms of her illness daily.

3. We are lacking resources...

Due to a low budget, my organisation is facing a long-term shortage of food supplies.

Even though donations have started to pick up slightly, the public's generosity still isn't enough to meet all of our needs. We're doing our best by organising food drives, but it’s falling short!
