Why?
It is always a huge disappointment to see a campaign fail, it means that the concerned animals will not receive any help. Unfortunately, we can not ship incomplete campaigns.
We want to maximize the help we are all bringing to the animals in distress. Our campaign goals are calculated to balance our storage, delivery and manufacturing costs of the offered products.
Delivering failed campaigns would generate too many costs, which would eventually lead to the bankruptcy of the website and leave all the animals that we could have helped alone...
The delivery of unfinished campaigns is also physically impossible for some products (if only 50% of a kennel is financed: we can not cut it in half).
Our activity is regulated by the french tax law, it forbides us to transfer money instead of the advertised product (article L 548-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code).
For this reason, when a campaign fails, donations are immediately refunded. If they want to, donors can send this money directly to the association.

Zoritza, 70 years old, cannot longer feed her 210 dogs, they will starve!
1) We went to Zoritza's shelter on August 16th: the kibble stock will be empty in a few days, her 210 dogs will have nothing to eat!

We answered Zoritza's SOS: in a few days her kibble stock will be used out, she will have nothing to feed her 210 dogs!
Alone, isolated and elderly, Zoritza does her best every day to meet the needs of all the dogs in the shelter. Unfortunately, without our help, she may not be able to feed them ...
2) Zoritza's dogs are very fragile, 3 recently died: without kibble, we fear a disaster!
Last March, Lana had eaten a poisoned rat, she did not survive ...
Betty had lost a lot of weight, she died in July ...
Last spring, Zorzita found Enzo's dead body ... He must have been too weak to survive a life at the shelter.
Zoritza can't bear to see the misery and the terrible living conditions of Serbian street dogs: abused, hunted and not considered, she chose to dedicate her life to give them a second chance!
Thanks to her determination and hard work, the dogs she gathers are safe and sound, but remain very fragile! Marked by their life of misery, dogs need an adapted diet to get out.
Without kibble, they may not survive ...
3) The foundations provide no help to Zoritza who, despite her heart disease, must take care of the shelter and its worries by herself ...
The shelter is in a dilapidated state but Zoritza doesn't have the means nor the physical strength to repair it ...
Zoritza brings a lot of love and care to the dogs, but does not have the means to maintain the shelter.
Without kibble, what will the 210 dogs become?
It is in spite of her age and illness that Zoritza fights every day for the dogs of Serbia. Only here, weakened by her health and tired by age, she can no longer afford to leave the shelter to seek for help.
She has tried to contact international foundations and the government, but nothing works! When an association visits Zoritza's shelter and sees how much work it implies every day, they never come back, despite their promises ...
Despaired and worried about the future of her dogs, she calls us to help!
4) If we don't reach the target, dogs won't receive any food

We can take action, we have already booked a truck and pallets, but we have to pay it before August 25th.
If the collection fails, we will not be able to pay, the departure of the truck will be cancelled and none of the collected kibbles will be delivered...
If the collection fails, we will refund all donors.
5) The French association that supports Zoritza has come to its last resources: they ask us to help them to send her some kibble!
The shelter regularly benefits from the support of the French association Mukitza: its President Corinne recently sent 1,500 kilos of kibble in emergency.
Unfortunately, the association played its last card and doesn't have enough resources to cover all the costs of the shelter, it also helps so many others ...
Having done all that she could, she asked for our help to get kibble, and thus help Zoritza in her daily struggle to take care of the shelter's 210 dogs.

Our agent went to visit Zoritza on August the 16th.
"I don't know what I'm going to do, I'm 70 years old and I've been fighting alone for dogs for years, nobody wants to help me, those who come to the shelter and give food don't imagine what it means to have to feed 200 dogs, I don't even speak of the Serbian Government and the institutions for which we are totally invisible.

8) In Serbia, 100,000 street dogs are hunted down by dogcatchers to be killed or trapped in deadly pounds.
Dogcatchers in action ... passers-by don't even care.
It is estimated that Serbia has about 100,000 stray dogs. Private companies were commissioned in 2012 to capture these dogs: their dogcatchers (the name given to the employees responsible for the capture) have been operating throughout the country since then.
Receiving bonuses for each dog captured, dogcatchers hunt dogs relentlessly, and use extremely violent capture techniques. Many dogs are killed, the others end up crammed into deadly pounds, without care or food.
Volunteers believe that their actions, in addition to being cruel, do not have a beneficial impact on the volume of stray dogs in the country. Worse still, they greatly undermine the beneficial actions that have existed until now: the subsidies allocated since 2007 as part of a vast national sterilization program have been drastically cut, despite encouraging results when they were carried out....
9) What will the 1800 kilos of kibble be used for ?
This collection is organized by Azil Bella, chaired by Zoritza. The 1800 kg of kibbles collected will be delivered to Zoritza to feed the 210 dogs of the shelter.
