1. He was chained

Zouki is 11 years old. He spent years tied up with a chain that was too short for him!

2. He has multiple fractures

Zouki still bears the marks of many fractures, following the blows he received! He continues to limp because they were badly consolidated...

3. Canned food would allow him to recover

Zouki needs to regain his strength. This is all the more important as he has major allergies and can only eat certain foods! Canned food will therefore be essential for him.

4. We are in a stranglehold

Abandonment cases have resumed and our veterinary expenses have been increasing accordingly. Especially since we only take in old dogs that nobody wants anymore... and that often need a lot of care!
