Dehydrated and severely malnourished, Adonis could have died...

1. He was in a critical condition!

Adonis is a two-month-old kitten who was in a dreadful condition when he arrived. Poor thing was found by the side of a road, without his mum.

He was completely malnourished, skinny and freezing! He also had worms and was covered in fleas… We took him in and dewormed him.

2. With blankets, he could stay nice and warm

Blankets would be incredibly valuable to help Adonis maintain his body heat this winter. He could rest better this way, while waiting to regain his strength.

3. More and more kittens every year!

The year 2025 was tough for our association. We took in a lot of kittens (between 60 and 80!), adding to the forty or so adults we were already taking care of…

The feeling of helplessness is huge: it’s like trying to empty the sea with a small spoon! But we can’t abandon them.
