Fatigue, abscess, weight loss: Bacchus needs supplementing!

1. He's lacking in condition and has delicate feet!

Bacchus is a 17-year-old draught horse, who has spent his life working in harness and tending to vineyards. Today, he is utterly exhausted and suffering from mobility issues due to foot abscesses.

One of his hind legs regularly swells up with oedemas that persist despite treatment, and the vet visits every three weeks to attempt to reduce them. He's around 150 kg below his correct weight!

2. Pellets would help him to regain strength

A supplement rich in vitamins and minerals, such as pellets, would be ideal for Bacchus. This kind of diet would assist him in gaining weight and shore up his weakened body, allowing him to gradually return to better health.

3. Eight new animals have arrived all at once!

We've had to take a lot of new animals under our wing, often arriving in critical conditions... In just 10 days, we've increased from 38 to 46 equines! The stock of pellets is rapidly depleting... We're not sure how we're going to continue!
