1. She was likely abandoned...

Rockette is a three-year-old stray cat, who we started looking after two and a half years ago. She was likely abandoned. We have since had her spayed and feed her daily. She lives outdoors with other stray cats, in an area we've tried to make livable with the resources we have...

2. Blankets would keep her warm

A makeshift shelter is not enough to face the cold and dampness of winter. Additional blankets would allow Rockette to better maintain her body heat and have more restorative rest, waiting until we can provide a more suitable shelter.

3. 20 stray cats rely on us, but we don't have the resources any longer...

For months, our small team has been caring for 20 stray cats every day. They live outside, without shelter, but never without attention. We feed and monitor them daily. But winter is coming, and they sleep on the frozen ground. Everything rests on our president, who has been single-handedly financing this mission from the start. Without subsidies or external support, she can no longer manage!
