Abandoned, Tom can't stand staying indoors, he needs blankets to keep warm!

1. Victim of a covert abandonment...

Tom is a cat of about 12 years old, who came to us as a long-term foster following a disguised abandonment. Very gentle and affectionate, he loves being fussed over, but he can't stand being confined indoors. This causes behavioural challenges and he can quickly become aggressive... Therefore, he spends most of his time outside.

2. Blankets would keep him warm

Blankets would allow Tom to have a warm and comfortable bed, even when he is outside. Given his age, and following his abandonment, being able to rest comfortably without suffering from the cold while outdoors would be a huge relief.

3. The income of the association is no longer sufficient...

We take care of many long-term foster cats as they are too sick or too feral to be adopted. We also manage the feeding and care of many free-roaming cats that we have identified and neutered. Our only income comes from small sales, rare petsittings and a single sponsorship... Without grants or adoptions, we are struggling to meet expenses...
