The lack of kibble at Valcea's pound only worsen an already hard life. The dogs live on an empty stomach: the employees of the Town Hall only feed them three times a week with very poor quality kibble!
Usually, Nicoleta comes to feed the dogs the other four days of the week. But for a few days now, her own food stock is gone ... Hungry, dogs don't have the energy to fight diseases.
2) We went to Valcea's pound: there are not enough kibble left, dogs don't eat as much as required.

To make up for the lack of kibble, Nicoleta would like to be able to bring even a few pieces of bread to the dogs, but the employees of the pound don't allow it.

3) The boxes at the pound are unhealthy: dogs succumb to epidemics ... They will not survive the winter without kibble!
