Calypso has already lost too much weight due to cancer!

1. She was wandering in the forest

Calypso was found in the forest. She was very skinny and it was time to save her!

2. She has cancer

Calypso has cancer of the uterus, which requires some monitoring.

She also had to have her teeth removed, which were damaged...

3. Canned food would allow her to recover

Calypso badly needs to regain her strength. Without teeth, and weakened, she needs food that is adapted to her condition. Canned food will finally allow her to eat!

4. We are in a stranglehold

Abandonment cases have resumed and our veterinary expenses have been increasing accordingly. Especially since we only take in old dogs that nobody wants anymore... and that often need a lot of care!
