1. He was in agony...

Safran is 2 month old, we found him and her sister in a shed. The poor kittens were so severely affected by coryza that they were actually dying — they had trouble breathing and their eyelids were turned outward and stuck... Fortunately, we were able to take care of them and treat them.

2. A disease knocked him out completely!

Just after he was free from coryza, Safran caught typhus. In addition to the fever, he vomited and lost his appetite... so he lost weight too!

3. Canned food would help him to gain weight

With canned food adapted to kittens, Safran could regain strength. It would help him to regain a normal weight and to continue his growth more serenely.

4. There are too many cats in need!

Between all the street cats we feed and the 45 cats we foster, we are overwhelmed. Our budget is not big enough to allow us to keep up... However, we have no choice!
