Starving and seriously ill, poor Mongo was eating garbage when we found him...

1. He was found in a catastrophic state!

Mongo is a young cat, about 8 months old, that we found in a pitiful state. He had a very big coryza and was drooling a lot. Hungry and without food, he was forced to go through the trash not to starve!

2. He has great difficulties to eat...

Even if he is now cured of coryza, Mongo still has a lot of difficulties to eat. He has a lot of difficulties to chew solid food like kibbles.

3. Canned food would help him to get his strength back more easily

To replenish his energy and eat his fill, Mongo will need wet food. Canned food would be perfect for him to eat without pain and difficulty. It would be a real comfort for him, after what he experienced on the street!

4. The crisis has caused a wave of abandonment and a drop in donations!

Our association has a huge workload: there are many abandonments, many kittens without family and therefore many more mouths to feed. Financially, the situation has become very complicated.

Before, we were able to take care of and feed the cats in need, because we had donations. But since last year, we receive less and less... We don't know how to cope!
