Very stressed, Pica tore off the skin of her neck... because of this, her owner was going to put her down !

1. She was going to be put down because of a stressed behavior...

Pica is a 6 year old cat with skin problems. Because she is stressed, she scratches herself to the point of tearing her skin off on the neck. Her owner was about to put her down for this reason!

So we took her in a month ago. She has capsules to take, which should allow her problems to improve.

2. Canned food would help her take her medication to get better

With easy-to-eat, moist canned food, Pica could take her capsules without too much difficulty. This would be an opportunity for her to be less stressed and stop scratching herself.

3. The requests for care are numerous!

Between the sick cats and the abandoned kittens, the expenses are important. Care, canned food, kibbles, veterinary appointments... the finances of our association are regularly put to the test!
