Affected by a disease that destroys her immune system, Pepette has lesions in her mouth that prevent her from eating...

1. She has FIV...

Pepette is a 10 year old cat who has tested positive for FIV (Feline AIDS). Because of this disease, her immune system is less effective, putting her at greater risk of becoming ill or suffering from an infection.

2. Ulcers in her mouth prevent her from eating kibble...

Affected by a calicivirus, Pepette has several ulcers inside her mouth. It's so painful that she can't eat by herself!

3. Canned food would allow her to start eating again without pain

Because they are wet, canned food are easier to ingest. Such a food would make Pepette suffer much less, even if we could give it to her by syringe at the beginning.

4. The costs we incur are far beyond our means!

Between the 30 cats we manage at home and the 50 or so street cats we have to feed on site, the costs are enormous for our little association. A help for the feeding of these cats would be very precious to us!
