Abandoned by her owner, poor Minnie had to give birth in a barn!

1. She was abandoned!

Minnie is a young cat, that her former owner abandoned a few months ago when he moved.

The poor thing found herself at the door of her home, unspayed... She then became pregnant, before taking refuge in a barn.

2. Nursing her babies requires a lot of energy...

For lack of better, Minnie gave birth to her 4 kittens in the barn. We were able to take care of her and her kittens after some people had told us about their presence.

Today, the kittens are about 1 month old. Breastfeeding them requires a lot of energy from Minnie, who could use some strength.

3. Blankets would be very helpful for Minnie to recover

Blankets would ensure that Minnie and her kittens always have a clean, cozy place to sleep. While waiting for the kittens to be weaned, Minnie could rest comfortably.

4. Unable to do collections for 2 years, we don't have enough resources...

With covid, we have not been able to organize any in-store collection for over a year. With 73 street cats to take care of, including 13 kittens, we can't manage alone!
