Very thirsty, tired, frequent urination... poor Ébène is suffering from kidney failure!

1. Her kidneys are starting to fail...

Ébène is a cat who was entrusted to us by the pound. After wandering the streets for a year, she was found but her owner didn't want her anymore.

Today Ébène is 18 years old, and makes urea. She is in the early stages of kidney failure: her kidneys are starting to fail. So she drinks a lot, and urinates very frequently.

2. She has skin problems!

Ébène has skin problems. We don't know if it's related to stress or an allergy, but she has scabs all over her body and pus on her claws!

3. Canned food could help her regain her strength

Canned food would help Ébène regain her strength while keeping her hydrated. Since it's a diet adapted to cats with kidney problems, she wouldn't risk having her urea get too bad.

4. Our resources are desperately empty!

We have not been able to resume in-store collections, as all slots are already taken. Memberships and donations are at a standstill... With all the sick kittens we had to care for and feed this summer, our coffers are empty!
