Skinny, covered in parasites and suffering from Feline AIDS, Querido is in dire need of help!

1. He was full of parasites...

Querido is a one and a half year old cat, who was probably abandoned (he is cuddly and very sociable). Full of worms and covered with fleas, he was missing hair in patches! So we dewormed him...

2. A disease destroys his immune system and makes him lose weight !

After a visit to the vet, we discovered that Querido is FIV positive. This disease, more commonly known as the Feline AIDS, attacks his immune system. Querido is less protected against viruses and infections. He is also very skinny!

3. Canned food would help him to gain strength

To replenish his energy despite his illness, Querido will need canned food. Perhaps such a diet would also help him to gain some weight.

4. We are running out of food!

We have resumed the collections in the store, but the amount of kibble collected will not allow us to last long. In total, we have about 50 cats to feed! Not to mention the veterinary expenses and the many rescues that continue...
