1. She was abandoned...

Mouchette is a ten years old cat, that we rescued following a report. The poor girl had just been abandoned, tied to a post! If nobody had seen her in time, she could have died of hunger and thirst...

2. She has almost no teeth left: she can no longer chew!

Unfortunately, Mouchette has only 4 teeth left! That's not enough to chew, so she can't eat kibble anymore.

3. Canned food would allow her to gain strength without having to chew

With canned food of wet food, Mouchette could eat again despite her missing teeth. She would gain strength without having to chew!

4. An epidemic has ravaged our finances...

We went through a severe typhus epidemic. Some cats died, there were many hospitalizations... it was hard, long and expensive in care. Result : we don't have the budget to buy food for the surviving cats !
