Vomiting, diarrhea, gluey eyes... little Quinoa is not in the best of shape.

1. An illness prevented him from gaining weight...

Quinoa is a 4 and a half months old kitten that we found at the edge of a stream. The poor thing had a big coryza: his eyes were running and he was very skinny.

2. A parasite is causing him diarrhea and vomiting!

Quinoa has giardia: an intestinal parasite that causes digestive problems in cats. With vomiting and diarrhea, he is at risk of stunted growth. So we have a treatment to give him.

3. Canned food would help him take his medicine

With kitten-sized canned food, Quinoa could regain his strength and put on some weight. It would also be an opportunity for him to ingest his giardia tablets more easily.

4. More than 400 cats need our help!

We currently care for just over 400 cats, mostly living on the streets. Unfortunately, we do not receive any subsidies. Between the veterinary costs and the food, our budget can't keep up!
