1. He was chased everywhere

Mistral was abandoned. He was then chased away from everywhere he tried to settle down. And his condition got worse with time...

2. He is very skinny

Mistral's mouth is very damaged from the time he spent on the street. Because he can't eat enough, he suffers from malnutrition. He is skeletal and very weak. So much so that the person who caught him wanted to have him put down!

3. Canned food will allow him to eat

Mistral can't eat solid food anymore because his mouth is so bad.

He needs soft food, like wet canned food, so that he can eat and regain his strength.

4. We have a lot of expenses
