Because of a nasty virus, poor Coke can't chew anymore...

1. A virus causes him pain in the mouth that prevents him from eating...

Coca is a 10 years old cat, to whom we have just made remove four teeth. Affected by a calicivirus, he had a lot of pain in the mouth and it was the only way to relieve him a little.

He now has to take a treatment, hoping that things will get better... But for now, he can't chew!

2. Canned food would help him regain his strength

At his age, Coca needs to avoid losing weight so he doesn't become even more vulnerable. With easy to eat canned food, he could regain his strength and easily swallow his pills.

3. It's hard for us to make ends meet!

With about 40 cats to care for, plus free cats all over the place, we are struggling to make ends meet. We try to hold on, but it gets harder and harder!
