Cold and old, poor Phil had to have all his teeth removed!

1. He was overcome by the cold...

Phil is a cat of about 18 years old. We found him cold, at a feeding place and immediately took him to the care...

2. He can't chew anymore because he has no teeth!

Once at the vet, it turned out that Phil was very uncomfortable because of his front teeth. They had to be removed.

Since they were the only two teeth he had left, he now has no teeth and can't chew... But he has to take antibiotic pills while his gums heal.

3. To take his treatment, he will need canned food

Canned food that are easy enough to swallow would make it easy for Phil to take his pills. It would also give him a chance to continue eating, so he can get his strength back.

4. The costs add up endlessly!

With about 50 cats to care for, the fees are coming in from all directions. Most of them are old or sick, which adds to the veterinary costs.

In spite of some donations, we can't manage to get by, because it's not enough. We only have enough food to last 15 days...
