In an accident, Harold had a broken jaw: the poor guy can't chew kibble at all!

1. An injury to his jaw prevents him from chewing...

Harold is a 12 year old cat who had an accident. His jaw was fractured, and his mouth has been crooked ever since. It's very embarrassing to eat, because he can't chew!

2. Canned food would make it easier for him to gain strength

Moist, easy-to-ingest canned food would help Harold regain his strength, despite the damage to his jaw. It would be a chance for him to fill up on protein, without having to chew.

3. The year has just begun, but it's already very difficult...

The situation is always complicated. There are a lot of bills to pay, especially veterinary ones. The beginning of the year is not easy, because we have difficulties to buy food and blankets for the cats (with the winter, they need it so much!).

It is impossible to organize a lottery to raise funds: it is forbidden by our municipality. With 400 street cats to feed, we don't know how we'll manage...
