1. A big virus prevents her from eating normally...

Chouquette is a ten years old cat, suffering from calicivirus. The inflammation in her mouth makes her drool.

Because of the pain, she also has a lot of trouble chewing and can't eat kibble. As a result, she remains very weak and weighs only 2.5 kg!

2. Her airways are very congested!

Unfortunately, Chouquette is also affected by a chronic coryza, since she is very small. She coughs permanently, she sneezes and her bronchial tubes are very taken. As a result, she breathes with difficulty...

3. Canned food would allow her to regain her strength without difficulty

Wet canned food specially adapted to cats having problems to eat would help Chouquette to eat without suffering too much. She could then gain strength in spite of the viruses she is suffering from.

4. With 450 cats to feed, the association will soon be out of food!

Our association is not subsidized. However, we have to feed 450 cats... in a few weeks, we won't have much left to give them. Many of them are sick, because of the epidemics.

The veterinary expenses are therefore high. Financially, the situation becomes very complicated. We can't afford to buy food for the cats that need it...
