Poor Mita lives outside while she is very sick...

1. A big virus doesn't leave her alone...

Mita is a cat of about 13 years old, suffering from a big calicivirus. The inflammation in her mouth makes her drool all the time. Because of the pain and the condition of her teeth, she also has a lot of trouble chewing and can't eat kibble.

2. She has no home!

Mita unfortunately lives outside. She has to face the cold, the humidity and the bad weather, while she is already exhausted by the disease...

3. Canned food would give her the strength to last until spring

Wet canned food specially adapted for senior cats would help Mita to eat without suffering too much. This would allow her to gain strength despite the virus.

4. With 450 cats to feed, the association will soon be out of money!

Our association is not subsidized. However, we have to feed 450 cats... in a few weeks, we won't have much left to give them. Many of them are sick, because of the epidemics.

The veterinary expenses are therefore high. Financially, the situation becomes very complicated. We can't afford to buy food for the cats that need it...
