Pain in the mouth, excessive salivation... Gustave has the calicivirus!

1. He has a lot of trouble ingesting kibble because of a virus that affects the inside of his mouth...

Gustave is a cat of about 5 years old, suffering from a calicivirus. He drools and he has a lot of pain when he swallows his food. We give him a treatment, otherwise he can't eat at all...

2. He lives outside!

Despite his illness, poor Gustave lives outside in the cold and damp. These living conditions don't help his condition at all...

3. If he had blankets, he would be able to rest in the warmth

Gustave is exhausted by his illness and needs to rest. Fleece blankets would give him all the comfort and warmth he needs to get through the winter more serenely. He would no longer have to sleep on the dirty, frozen floor!

4. We are stuck in a vicious circle...

With nearly 48 cats, we have a lot of care to do. Unfortunately, our budget is still very low: the collections are not working very well.

People do what they can, and most of them only give us cheap kibble. So the cats tend to get sick and have diarrhea... It's a vicious circle that the economic crisis is setting up!
