Old, suffering from several health problems, Galette has just lost her house too!

1. She has just had new teeth removed

Galette is over 15 years old. Her life has not been easy: she had been taken in by another association than ours. But her president died, and we had to find her a new home urgently. That was us.

Partly because of her age, Galette has already had several health problems, especially dental ones. Her condition is not getting any better and she had to have her teeth pulled again recently!

2. Canned food will allow her to eat

Without her teeth, Galette will only be able to eat soft foods. That's where the canned food come in: they are crucial for her to continue eating.

And it's all the more important since Galette is living her last years: it's important for her to eat properly so that there is as much as possible!

3. We have had some big financial problems

Lately, we have taken in many elderly cats, whose teeth had to be removed. This means new veterinary costs. And our budget is not extensible: we have reached a point where we don't even have enough money to pay the heating for our cattery!
