Affected by arthritis, poor Lili sometimes has a lot of trouble getting around...

1. Arthritis prevents her from walking normally!

Lili is a 10 year old mare, who was abandoned in a field three years ago. The neighbourhood alerted us and we were able to take her in.

We don't know what the cause is, but Lili has large balls of osteoarthritis on both forelegs. Some days (especially in wet weather) she is so bothered that she can't move around normally!

2. Pellets would allow her to gain strength before winter

In order not to lose condition, Lili will need to fill up on vitamins. Pellets would be the perfect food to help her regain her strength easily.

3. Unexpected expenses put us in a precarious position!

Some hunters have chased a horde of wild boars on our land, causing the destruction of nearly 6 km of fence! We are going to have to redo everything, by financing the fence ourselves...

But with 14 horses to take care of and many other expenses to manage, we don't have any budget left ! Winter is here, there is no more grass and we can't afford to buy hay. Without help with pellets, we don't know how we'll manage!
