Burdened by an illness, Tigrou was at the point of death when we found him...

1. A disease put him in a terrible state...

Tigrou is a cat of about 5 years old, affected by a big calicivirus. The whole inside of his mouth was getting infected... so he was not eating anymore, and had lost a lot of weight. He was dying when we found him.

Now we give him injections every month. But he still has difficulty chewing, and remains very skinny.

2. To stay warm, he will need fleece blankets

In order for his condition not to worsen again, Tigrou will need to stay as much as possible protected from draughts and cold. Fleece blankets would be perfect to help him keep his body warm.

3. Cats are more numerous but donations are down!

This year, we put up nearly 200 cats for adoption... that's twice as many as last year! Our food needs for the time the cats are with us have therefore doubled.

Unfortunately, donations have not kept up and have decreased significantly. So we have to finance most of our actions by our own means. But feeding the 30 foster cats and the 90 free cats who rely on us is way beyond our means!
