Kidney failure, sore throat, damaged teeth: Chouquette needs a special diet to get through it!

1. She has one pharyngitis after another!

Chouquette is a 20 years old cat, who was at her worst when we took her in four years ago. She was very skinny and weakened. In spite of the care, nothing makes it, Chouquette falls regularly sick.

In particular, she has pharyngitis: about three times a year, her throat is painful and very irritated!

2. Her teeth are damaged

With age, the state of Chouquette's teeth has clearly deteriorated. From now on, her teeth do not allow her to chew her food correctly any more.

3. She has a kidney problem...

Chouquette has kidney failure. As her kidneys do not function properly anymore, her body is very tired and saturated by toxins. So she tends to lose weight...

4. With adapted canned food, she could gain strength without risk to her health

Wet canned food would allow Chouquette to eat more easily, without having to chew too much. Adapted to her kidney disease, such food would help her gain weight without the risk of her condition getting worse.

5. The association is overwhelmed!

Our association feeds about 200 cats. Financially, it is always difficult... A collection in store is planned soon, but that will not allow us to hold long, two weeks at most!

Not to mention that we have a lot of veterinary expenses to pay. We still have bills from last year to pay...
