Because of edema on his hind legs, Mistral can hardly walk anymore!

1. He has a very big locomotive problem, which exhausts him a lot!

Mistral is a 15 year old horse, who has edema on his hind legs. We don't know how it happened. He doesn't even walk on his hooves anymore but on his fetlocks...

As he is a big guy, he hardly moves anymore. He spends all his energy trying to find the strength to move, without succeeding!

2. With pellets, he could recover

Vitamin-rich pellets would give Mistral strength. Such a diet would prevent him from losing too much weight due to exhaustion, until we find a solution to get him out of this bad situation.

3. Horses absolutely need to be supplemented!

With about 30 horses, our stock of pellets is diminishing very quickly. As it is winter, the horses especially need to be supplemented. Some of them arrived very skinny and weakened just recently... They are too vulnerable to go without pellets!
