Kelly has lost both her hind legs in a car accident!

1. She was in a car accident!

Kelly is about 3 years old, she was in a car accident during which both her hind legs were damaged, they had to be amputated. She is also a distemper survivor. She has had to face a lot of struggles already, but she is still so young...

2. Canned food will help her gain some strength

Kelly's distemper left her with permanent neurological and brain damage : she has a very short memory and she often gets wound up because she gets lost from one minute to the other. She also has trouble walking because of the amputation. With canned food, she could regain some strength!

3. Vet bills are destroying us!

Many of our dogs have handicaps and illnesses that require life long treatments, special medication, attention and care. With 22 special needs dogs out of a total of 40, our vet bills are incredibly high! Food-wise, we used to receive pallets of wet food from the UK but ever since Brexit, that help has now ceased. We need some help providing wet food for our dogs!
