Choutie is breastfeeding her 4 babies, but she is exhausted!

1. Breastfeeding her kittens requires a lot of energy...

Choutie is a young cat, about one year old, who was found with her 5 babies, about 15 days old. One of them had unfortunately passed away...

We took her in and put her in safety with her kittens. Still very young, the little ones suckle all day long. Choutie is therefore very tired!

2. With canned food, she could regain her strength

To get her energy back, Choutie will need some very nutritious cans. A protein diet would be perfect to give her the strength she needs. It would also allow her to have a very rich milk, to feed her puppies at best.

3. The situation is particularly worrying!

I am discouraged because the situation is catastrophic... We don't stop taking care, because we are the only association in the sector that still does rescues.

There are a lot of injured, unhealthy cats and kittens. They are going to need food, but our stocks are running low. And unfortunately no campaign is possible for another month and a half... we are very worried!
