1. She has leukemia...

Emma is a 6-year-old cat, suffering from leukemia. A disorder in her white blood cells knocked her out completely! She was no longer eating, had lost weight and was sleeping a lot.

The vet decided to transfuse her. She is now in recovery, and will need a lot of rest.

2. Canned food would give her energy

With cans of whole foods, Emma could regain her strength after her transfusion. She would get her vitamins back and be in better shape overall.

3. It's very hard!

Many cats have just had kittens. We try to track them down to take care of them as best we can... But we also have all the sick cats to take care of. In total, we are currently feeding 43 cats. It's too much for our small means!
