Malnourished, poor Lavande is skeletal!

1. A deficiency has severely weakened her...

Lavande is a 2-year-old cat, who was mainly fed with rice... an unsuitable food, when we know cats are strict carnivores.

So she developed mineral and protein deficiencies. Her hair started to fall out, and her skin started to itch very strongly...

2. She is skeletal!

Because of this inadequate diet, Lavande is very skinny. She absolutely has to gain weight, or she risks having more and more health problems...

3. Protein canned food would help her get better

Getting enough protein and minerals could help Lavande. With meat and fish canned food, she would finally benefit from a complete and adapted diet! It would give her the opportunity to gain back some weight, and her itching would calm down.

4. Sterilizations cost us a lot of money...

As last year, we were not able to do many sterilizations, we concentrated on that this year. The idea was to get out of the vicious circle we were in, with always more mouths to feed...

We must now continue to find the budget to feed about fifty stray cats, as well as a dozen cats in foster care. On some sites, the cats are in bad health... We have to act quickly!
