Found with a gangrenous paw, Noël had to be amputated!

1. He had a very infected paw...

Noël is a cat that we found this winter, wandering in the countryside. The poor guy was in bad shape: one of his paws was completely gangrenous!

2. He had to be amputated!

The only solution to save Noël was to amputate his infected leg. The healing itself was complicated, because the gangrene was still advancing.

But with a lot of care and perseverance, it seems that he is out of the woods. He will now have to get used to living with one leg less...

3. With blankets, he would have a comfortable place to recover

To fully recover from his surgery, Noel will still need plenty of rest. With blankets, he could have a comfortable place to sleep.

4. It's not a good time for donations...

At the beginning of the year, we had a lot of veterinary expenses. But donations are still low: this is a time when people are looking to save money. However, the 200 cats that rely on us need help now!
