1. Joint pains make him very tired...

Opale is a 24 year old horse, who suffers from arthritis. The cartilage between his joints has worn away over time, causing him persistent and chronic pain. Opale is therefore often tired, and his range of motion is sometimes reduced.

2. Pellets would help prevent his pain from getting worse

Humidified pellets, rich in oat bran and wheat bran, would be a good enough food to prevent Opal's joint pain from getting worse. At the same time, he could take advantage of it to regain his strength in case of fatigue.

3. We are torn between all our expenses!
