With chronic inflammation in her feet, Lutine has a lot of trouble walking!

1. She has chronic laminitis that prevents her from walking normally!

Lutine is a 24 year old pony, who had very long hooves (due to lack of maintenance) when she arrived 9 years ago. She had laminitis: her hooves were inflamed and her phalanges had tilted!

Despite the care she has received since then, her laminitis has become chronic: she has to wear adapted shoes. She also still has a lot of trouble getting around!

2. Pellets would help her gain strength

Given her pathology, it is important that Lutine keeps a sufficient muscle mass. Without it, her hoof pain could get worse. Rich in oat bran and wheat bran, pellets would give her all the nutrients she needs to stay in shape!

3. We are torn between all our expenses !

This winter, we had to use up all the money we managed to collect at the Christmas markets. Our coffers are empty! But the requests for rescues do not stop, for often old animals. Not to mention our usual protégés, who also need care and grain...
