Skinny and still very young, Nila was thrown over a fence and abandoned!

1. She was abandoned on an airfield!

Nila is a little dog of less than 3 months old. The poor girl was thrown over the fence of an airfield on Réunion Island, and abandoned to her fate. We took care of her, treated her and dewormed her. She should soon join a foster family in France.

2. To support the change of climate, she will need blankets

Still young and vulnerable, Nila is likely to be weakened by the winter temperatures once she arrives in France. Fleece blankets would help her retain body heat while she acclimates.

3. The cost of blankets is phenomenal!

Our association takes care of dogs in distress in Réunion Island. We fly them to France, where they are placed in foster homes while waiting to be adopted.

Last year alone, we were able to repatriate and adopt 430 dogs. While waiting for their new home, all these animals need bedding and blankets, as they are not used to the temperatures in our latitudes. Your help would be very precious to us!
