Poor Zennifer gave birth to her babies at the bottom of a parking lot!

1. She had to give birth outside, on a parking lot!

Zennifer is a dog who was found on the Réunion Island, with her 5 puppies. She had just given birth to them on the asphalt of a parking lot, in the middle of cars!

Now that we have secured all 6 of them, we are going to bring them to France, to a foster family that will take good care of them.

2. To withstand the change in climate, she will need blankets

Once they arrive in France, Zennifer and her pups may be weakened by the winter temperatures, which they are not used to. Fleece blankets would help them keep their body heat while they acclimatize.

3. The expense of blankets is phenomenal!

Our association takes care of dogs in distress in Reunion Island. We fly them to France, where they are placed in foster homes while waiting to be adopted.

Last year alone, we were able to repatriate and adopt 430 dogs. While waiting for their new home, all these animals need bedding and blankets, as they are not used to the temperatures in our latitudes. Your help would be very precious to us!
