Moune is a one-year-old little cat, who was abandoned in a forest, when she was just one month old. Unfortunately, she has a chronic coryza: her eyes and her nose are running and she has difficulty breathing.
Moune has a malformation in her nose. For the moment, it is not operable, because she is too small. Indeed, even if Moune is almost one year old, she looks only 5 months old. It is only when she will have grown up that it will be possible to operate her.
With canned food specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of young cats, Moune might be able to grow a little more. She would then be big enough to undergo surgery. Such a diet would also be an opportunity for her to gain strength to better resist the coryza virus.
The grant money has still not been released. Unfortunately, we have veterinary bills to pay...
Besides that, there are still a lot of abandonments, but less and less adoptions. Donations are also very low. With 55 animals to take care of, the situation is becoming more and more difficult to manage!
