Suffering from pancreatitis and serious liver problems, Yanga has digestive problems...

1. He has big problems with his liver and pancreas!

Yanga is a 13-year-old dog, who has a chronic acute pancreatitis. Despite treatment, he has been suffering from severe diarrhea for a year and a half.

He also has a huge tumor under his liver. He is not in pain, but it does not help his digestion.

2. He has no teeth

Yanga's teeth were so damaged that they hurt. So we had them removed to relieve him. As a result, he can no longer chew at all.

3. He has heart failure

Yanga's heart is not always able to pump enough blood to meet his needs. This means that he tends to get tired quickly when he exerts himself and gets out of breath.

4. Adapted canned food would make his life easier

In his old age, Yanga could use some comfort food that's easy to ingest, like canned food. This would allow him to refuel his energy on a daily basis, and perhaps even ease his digestive problems.

5. 137 animals need us!

Between abandonments and hot weather, we have even more animals than before. Currently, 117 dogs and about 20 cats are counting on us. Food stocks are going fast! The sickest ones are going to need special canned food quickly...
