Following an inflammation of the eyes, poor Tango became blind!

1. He lost his eyesight because of uveitis...

Tango is an 18-year-old horse, who was in danger of being euthanized or left to die. So we took him in. Unfortunately, he had severe uveitis, which caused him to lose his sight. Two weeks ago, his eyes hurt so much because of the sun and in spite of the medication, that we had to remove one of the two eyeballs...

2. With pellets, he could regain his strength

Complete pellets would give Tango enough to recover from his eye surgery. This kind of vitamin intake would help him get back into shape, so he can get through the summer with peace of mind!

3. We had a large unexpected rescue!

We had to do a big rescue of 12 horses not long ago. With the 40 or so equines (donkeys, horses, ponies) that we were already taking care of, it's starting to be a lot... it's becoming difficult to find the finances to care for and feed them all!
