1. She was going to be killed with her foal...

Pookie is a 5-year-old donkey, who was going to be killed with her five-month-old foal! We took them in a few days ago, to avoid such a fate.

2. Her feet are damaged!

Pookie's feet are in bad shape. We can see that she has lacked care and maintenance, as her hooves had not been looked after for a while!

3. Pellets would keep her in a good condition

In order to have rich milk for her little one, Pookie will need to be supplemented. Complete pellets would be perfect to help her keep a good condition until her foal is weaned.

4. The grass in the meadows is completely dried out...

We are facing delivery problems. The delays are very long and our stocks are currently at zero... Despite this situation, we had to take care of 5 donkeys in emergency. Without grass in the meadows, we don't know how we are going to hold on!
