Seriously anemic, Soquette had to be put under perfusion...

1. Her vital prognosis was engaged...

Soquette is a 5 months old female cat, that we found on a feeding spot. She declared anemia very suddenly: she was inert and had to be hospitalized in emergency. The vet thought she would not last the night!

Today, she is still under perfusion. Her blood tests showed that because of a bacterial infection, her white blood cells are very high and she has almost no red blood cells left...

2. With canned food she could regain her strength

Once she's able to start eating on her own again, Soquette will need a rich diet to get her back on track. Special age-appropriate canned food would help keep her hydrated, and give her all the vitamins she needs.
