1. Her disease was not taken care of in time...

Carla is a 19 years old pony, that we took in charge one month ago. Due to lack of care, the poor girl was in a terrible state! She suffers from cushing's disease, which had not been treated until then.

As a result, her hooves are very sore, as she suffers from a tilting of the phalanges on all four feet. She also has abscesses in these areas, which does not help...

2. She has lost a lot of weight!

All these health concerns have weakened Carla considerably and she has lost a lot of weight. Something has to be done or she will get worse.

3. Pellets would help her get in better shape
