Poor Célestine suffers from serious kidney problems...

1. Her kidneys don't work well enough anymore...

Célestine is a 13 years old dog, who arrived from a Serbian shelter this summer. The poor girl suffers from advanced renal failure: her kidneys can hardly evacuate toxins from her body.

2. She has almost no teeth left !

Célestine doesn't have many teeth left. It has become impossible for her to chew kibble to eat.

3. Adapted canned food would allow her to eat without risk

A diet designed to lighten the workload of the kidneys could be of great help to Célestine. Easy to ingest, such canned food would give her all the strength she needs, without aggravating her health concerns.

4. Our association is making new rescues again, despite the difficulties...

We have had a lot of deaths of older dogs lately. The change of season has not helped, and has made the situation even more complicated.

At the same time, we are being asked from everywhere and have resumed the rescues. Without subsidies and with such high veterinary costs, the situation may not get any better... But we can't close our eyes to animal suffering!
