1. He has suffered all kinds of mistreatment...

Haribo is a 9 years old cat, that we took in this summer. The poor guy was beaten for years: the X-rays showed that his ribs were totally shattered!

2. Ulcers in his mouth prevent him from eating kibble!

Haribo had ulcers in his stomach and esophagus, which we cured with treatment. Unfortunately, he still has sores inside his mouth. Eating kibble is far too painful for him!

3. Adapted canned food would allow him to eat without too much difficulty

An easy-to-ingest food would help Haribo to gain strength daily, despite his missing teeth. Such nutritious and appetizing canned food would be a great comfort to him, after all he has been through...

4. Our association is making new rescues again, despite the difficulties...

We have had a lot of deaths of older dogs lately. The change of season has not helped, and has made the situation even more complicated.

At the same time, we are being asked from everywhere and have resumed the rescues. Without subsidies and with such high veterinary costs, the situation may not get any better... But we can't close our eyes to animal suffering!
