1. He has skin problems!

Bagherra is a cat of about 7 years old, who has pyoderma. This skin infection makes him very itchy. He scratched himself to the point of blood in some places!

2. He has kidney failure...

Bagherra's kidneys don't work very well anymore. As the toxins are not evacuated correctly out of his body, he has lost a lot of weight.

3. Pain in the mouth has contributed to his weight loss

As if all of this wasn't exhausting enough for him, Bagherra also suffers from pain in his mouth. Eating hurts, so he eats less and loses even more weight!

4. Canned food would help him to gain weight without risk
