1. Poisoned in the past, Ondine keeps after-effects...

Ondine is a 20 year old cat who was poisoned in the past. Since then, she still has pain in her trachea, which makes it difficult for her to swallow. And since she has no teeth, eating kibble is impossible for her!

2. Blankets would keep her warm in her old age

With fleece blankets, Ondine would be able to keep her body heat more easily. She could then rest comfortably, and live out her old age more serenely.

3. We lack the means!

We have a number of older horses that can no longer go to the pasture. They need pellets, but this is too expensive... Similarly, some cats in poor health need special food and blankets. Unfortunately, we don't have the means for all that!
